Job Description

  • Coordinate with the regional service team for Promotional activities like audio visual campaigns, on farm Demonstrations, Multi-locational trails, Farmer Meetings, Krishi Melas etc.,
  • Recruitment, Training and monitoring of Field Service Staff.
  • Implement and monitor product specific after sales service activities for increasing the sales of the respective territories.
  • Propose innovative strategies to increase cross sales and up sales
  • Maintain customer database and implement CRM programs.
  • To develop schemes for customer retention and repeat purchases.
  • Generate monthly reports on Service activities.
  • Conduct periodical reviews of service operations
  • o develop training modules of products and impart training to sales and service staff.
